The room was extremely unclean, especially the carpet! The bathroom wasn't clean either! The mirror in the bathroom is on the side, not in front of the sink! The staff was rude and discriminatory! The daily room clean-up was absent, despite specifically asking for it! The room size is small! The bed size is even smaller! Have to sleep diagonally so the feet don't hang off the edge of the bed! The walls are hollow, you could hear people snoring in the neighboring room! There was a weird smell, probably an old carpet smell in the room, that gave us headaches!

Exceptional stay – highly recommend! We had an absolutely wonderful time at this hotel! From the moment we stepped through the door, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and hospitality. The check-in process was smooth, and the faultless reception really set the tone for our entire stay. The staff here are the true gems of the hotel. Every single team member we encountered was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. It genuinely felt like they cared about making our stay as comfortable as possible. As for the hotel itself, the design is beautiful. The decor is stylish, modern, and tasteful, creating a very cozy yet elegant atmosphere throughout the property. Our room was fantastic—spotlessly clean, spacious, and beautifully designed with great attention to detail. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a perfect night's sleep. Thank you to the entire team for making our trip so memorable. We will definitely be back!

What an amazing place. Such a beautiful location and close to the park. Friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast was way more then expected with the chef always bringing out more fresh food when needed. Such a relaxing atmosphere. We will stay again.

Everything was great, we felt really good here. The room could be bigger, but it's not a big deal. The staff was very helpful and nice. We will be back.

We had such a lovely stay here. The location is perfect for visiting Yosemite National Park. The room was clean and comfy. Common areas are beautifully maintained and very welcoming. And the complimentary breakfast was just what we needed to start our days off before heading into Yosemite! My girls did try the pool, and it was too cold for their liking (72° F). Otherwise, an amazing stay at an adorable ranch!

We were absolutely in love with this place. The hotel is incredibly cozy, very clean, and feels truly welcoming. The staff was amazing — friendly, kind, and always ready to help. I celebrated my birthday during our stay, and they kindly allowed us to gather with friends in their beautiful, cozy library, which made the day extra special and memorable. The location is perfect, right next to Yosemite National Park, and each room has its own small veranda, which adds so much charm and comfort to the stay. We truly enjoyed every moment here and would definitely love to come back!

Wonderful! Excellent location, with tranquility and nature, but close to the city and the restaurants. Wonderful decoration! Living rooms and cafés with a beautiful wood ceiling, with campestre and hunting decoration, welcoming and beautiful. Breakfast very good, with fruits, eggs, cookies, and even the coffee coffee was fortinho, was not almost a tea, as is customary in the US. Excellent bed. Very good! We still saw little veda in the field next to the property.

We chose Sky Ranch Oakhurst to have a more rural experience close to Yosemite Park and we really liked it. The guesthouse is rustic, well cared for and the room was beautiful and functional. It had two double beds and a good size bathroom and a hot shower, because it is very cold in this area. The breakfast was very varied and delicious. There was available throughout the day, flavored water, mineral water, teas, hot chocolate. The place was very beautiful, in the countryside, but close to the center of the city. I recommend this guesthouse, as we really liked our experience!

2 week notice, help with my nieces wedding reception when her first choice fell thru. Wow did they pull it off with class. They accommodated the several dietary needs, provided top chef appetizers and buffet. The setting was classic, historic, and fun filled with outside games, inside rooms if you wanted to roam. It was meant to be! Definitely consider this place!

We stayed three nights at sierra sky ranch while visiting Yosemite NP. It’s about 1.5 hrs to Yosemite valley from the hotel. For the price and location it is worth it if you are here for the park. The atmosphere was so cozy and historical. I loved hearing the birds and enjoyed the flowers. Our room was clean and comfortable. We ate at El Cid restaurant down the road each night. I recommend to anyone coming to the area.

This a great place to stay. We stayed at one of the suites last week and the place was very clean and comfortable. It was a short drive to Yosemite and the train ride. Derek was a great host and made sure our stay was enjoyable. We look forward to staying there again in the future.

I had higher expectations for this place based on the review. If you are someone who enjoys the overall decor and aesthetics of a hotel rather than the room itself this is a great place. However I spend most of the time in the rooms and the rooms were a let down. They had dull lighting, creaky flooring ( could hear people walking and running upstairs) , no microwaves , no fridge in the rooms. They are in the shared space and depending on your room you might have walk through the cold. Overall the rooms are rustic and not enjoyable if you are someone who will spend more time in the room. The view and the hotel itself are great and rooms aren’t which makes it not worth the stay. The breakfast was a disappointment as well as they don’t have anyt warm foods available except the hot water. Also If the rooms do not have 100% privacy as a curious guest could peek into the room through the patio door as the shades are not enough.

The rooms were great and they have a beautiful view and outside you could hear woodpeckers. The restaurants they recommend are delicious and the early night bond fire is good for meet new people. The have good activities to do inside and the morning breakfast is always a plus.

A brilliant place! Peace and quiet. The hotel is small, so it's not crowded. We're already regretting that we only stayed for three days. The entrance gate to Yosemite Park is about 20-25 minutes away on Route 41 – we recommend this route as a way to get to Yosemite Valley. Behind the gate, you can immediately admire the redwoods. This gate takes about 1.5 hours to get to the valley, but the views are incredible. Back to the hotel: There's a pool that's not very crowded :) In the evenings, they light a bonfire for shared use :) Deer roam the grounds (in the evenings). There's a lovely stream next to the hotel (the water is quite cold). There's ample free parking and a breakfast that's excellent for the States. It's worth planning a longer stay. The town is about 8-10 minutes from the hotel - everything is there - Sturbacks, McDonald's, local restaurants, small and large shops, and even a cinema :) Highly recommended :)

A beautiful hide away in the woods that offers tons of outdoor activities at your fingertips. Offroading on Sierra sky byways just up the way way. Close to bass lake for if you got a party boat. This facility was very clean and super country!!! Staff is full of local know-how and are very friendly. The pool on-site is nice and clean, my wife and i enjoyed a good swim once it warmed up. We will be back to explore more of the area on our next trip to Sierra Sky Ranch. Thanks for the hospitality!!!
